Terms of Service

Effective: 23 September 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Qonva. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Qonva on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Qonva provides software that helps businesses analyze sales conversations, CRM outcomes and marketing attribution to identify patterns, opportunities and revenue-related insights. Features may change as the product develops.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you use with Qonva. In the current version, uploaded CSV contents are analyzed locally in your browser and are not stored on Qonva application servers. Account information, limited product-usage metadata and privacy-safe derived analysis statistics may be stored as described in our Privacy Policy. Raw uploaded CSV contents are not stored on Qonva application servers in the current version.

4. Your responsibilities

You must have all rights, permissions and lawful bases required to use data with Qonva. You may not upload or process data in violation of applicable law, contractual obligations, privacy rights or intellectual-property rights.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, circumvent security controls, use Qonva to distribute malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activities.

6. Analysis and recommendations

Qonva identifies statistical patterns and provides analytical suggestions based on the data available to it. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or influenced by data quality and sample size. Qonva does not guarantee that any recommendation, campaign, sales action or business decision will produce a particular result.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, introduce usage limits, or perform maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Intellectual property

Qonva and its software, branding, interfaces, designs and related materials are owned by or licensed to Qonva. Except for rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred under these terms.

9. Third-party services

Qonva relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including hosting, authentication and analytics providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and availability.

10. Disclaimers

Qonva is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qonva will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or data arising from or related to use of the service.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Qonva at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
